Nata it has nothing to do with affording a rental. Please read and re read the articles and you will see that the problem is securing one when you have 30 -50 people viewing the property. Affordability is NOT the issue! You have to be top tier to secure ie govt, job , huge wages, no children , pets and so on. This is happening across Perth. Phone two or three rental agencies and you will be shocked. Not good.
