But good news is still good news for Xanadu. This is a good project.

From the copper and gold concentrations in rock chip samples reported by Ivanhoe in 2002, we can expect a high likelihood of mineralisation when it is drilled, just how economic is what Xanadu may soon be working hard to find out.

It is a sign of how difficult things are in Mongolia that this project has sat undrilled since its discovery over 10 years ago.

Lets hope Xanadu gets over the little hurdles to completion of the purchase quickly and start spending the 5 million quickly. Given the numbers on the payroll, their time does not come cheaply, exploring or not.
