You can also fax your form to the company it is probably cheaper than using the post. I have also made enquiries at the Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) if its is legal for the company to issue proxy forms without HIN or SRN numbers and to also count the votes. These tasks are usually performed by the company that manages the share registry.
