You are making it all up as you go along. Just have another read of my post in it's entirety. There is definitely no blah blah there mate. Just facts.

JH has not made any recommendation in how to vote for those resolutions. And Asking's comments were clear in that :All Directors, EXCLUDING JH, recommend that shareholders will vote in favour of the resolutions for both the shares and for the options. JH has been excluded from that recommendation made by the rest of the Board. Does that mean anything to you?

And, of he was 100% behind that CR and all the clauses attached therein, don't you think that Asking would have thrown all of that up in his face, like he did with the rest of it?
