I'm sure I'm not alone in waiting anxiously to see what happens this afternoon. Although as mentioned earlier I wouldn't be suprised to not hear anything until tomorrow.

I'm interested to hear what thoughts are out there regarding the impact on share price that any potential decision will make.
My thoughts are that if the liquidator decides to take up BMG's offer and pay CAP the $25mil the share price will be negativel affected as I think investors will be scared off by any further BMG involvment (I know I would be cautious). However, if BMG do not take up the offer I don't see a huge variation in price until we have some clarity as to the next steps (eg. CAP pay-out BMG or a new party jumps in).
But that's only my two cents!
