Simple logic? wow we have $100000 options at $3.50 given to us as our fee - we cant pass this up lets convert and sell them at $3.45 thats a nice fee of $345000. Good business practice?
Whatever Azures? intentions are they are confident of selling the shares at a price greater than $3.50 - unless of course they shorted at $3.60ish earlier this month?
