It's a good saying Totolapse, just not sure whether the majority are fearful, greedy or complacent at the moment. I'll favor the latter. When the SP hit 85c last year, the despair on hc was palpable (fear). Conversely, on the last TOL announcement it was euphoria (greed). Now it's just certainty an announcement will save the day in the near future (complacency). I think fear will take hold if Lynas and the Malaysian government keep everyone in the cone of silence while Malaysian elections draw closer, basket price drops and headlines of a possible euro collapse start popping up as the PIIS of the PIIGS decide the euro might not be for them either. That's fear and buy time for the brave (or stupid :)
