    What i cannot understand is why would a major Share Holder lend their shares ( I know the lender of shares gets a fee )

    But the fee is no good if your Shares ( The Lenders) are reduced in Value

    and from Metro Coals point of view the lower the Share price the more dilutionary any Capital raising is.
