My rationale for buying some more KOR recently was because if at any time KOR's mgt and board are under pressure to deliver results on its projects it is now. The recent AFR article reiterated that position very publicly.

Hence, you will notice in recent announcements including melrose drilling a call to action in terms of intent, and indeed with Ashburton trading halt pending announcement. I reckon more announcements are coming.

Don't forget management own over 30% of stock so they have huge incentives to address the recent lack of shareholder confidence. This is also the reason no doubt behind also employing external comms people.

All the relevant indicators are supporting accumulation going on for KOR (OBV, MF) as been evident with watching trading as well. I think we will continue to see more announcements in lead up to issue of loyalty options. Don't know if you guys have done the calcs but this only effectively covers issue costs, so is done with clear intent as vehicle to raise further funds in the future, which means they plan to have sp well north of 25 cents in two years.

So far my decision to buy at recent buys has proved correct. Time will tell if this stock is about to turn, but if ever there was a time it was going to do so to restore credibility it is now. Andrei I believe is well aware of the need to perform if he wants to a) protect his position and b) his own signficant financial position linked to his own direct and indirect shareholding in Korab.
