    I would expect Directors should be strongly considering dipping their hands in their pockets with PEN at these low (and v cheap imo) levels if the company is excited and positive.

    I would like to think the reason we haven't seen this is because of impending news rather than the possibility being that they are not really that excited. If I was excited I would be diving in at these levels. As it is I am not excited nor overly positive yet am still picking up a few more oppies!
