If Veremonte does want the company, the trick is for the company to have the SP higher. A takeover at this level would still leave many older shareholders- including the major ones- out in the cold financially. Veremonte may choose to buy at around 7c-tat's their choice, but if it is them buying, at some point they'll be at 20%, and then we can move without resistance.
Exciting stuff. Went down a bit this morning, and then is rebounding. Good share this one.
