trading halt, page-11

I have tried to recall a case of a halt being asked for on the basic of historic exploration results - but no luck - I can not think of a case. Usually past exploration is public data once the company releases the ground - explorers have to file periodic reports on their work and so these reports eventually form part of a valuable public database of mineral exploration knowledge.
Does anybody know how common it might be in WA for companies to withold exploration results from the Mines Dept reporting system ?
Last year I did try to find public file reports on KOR Ashburton EL's - put in an hour or two's work but it was hard work relating back to KOR maps and I gave up. I admire the way the KOR Tucker Creek map has lats & longs to guide location -
