Nope I am not prepared to provide you with a copy, there are certain legalities that have to be complied with, in particular the current (temporary)board is entitled to view it and ensure that it does not contain any thing that is defamatory.
Now I am not saying it is, but if I release it before the current(temporary)board does and it does in fact contain some thing defamatory, then I am potentially liable .
So thank you very much but I will wait until the current (temporary)board send it out.
