It is a delay...........Getting local approval could take weeks or even months.
In past ann Simon sounded upbeat in placating the locals. The locals have been given heaps of power that they can play with. Simon and his tribe will be visiting the local villages and bowing and agreeing to most demands.
I suspect the sp will drop a few cents today but anywhere near 75c would be snapped up by astute investors that have at least one eye on our Aussie goodies.
