Finally some definitive news on Andash.
    1) It is only a recommendation to revoke the license.
    2) The government has stated that as soon as you agree with the local community, they will immediately grant permission for the project.

So what does KGL have to do to agree with the local community?
    (A) As some of the people may rightly or wrongly be genuinely concerned about (environmental disasters) that have occurred at other mine sites, they need reassurance that similar events will not happen here.
    (B) Convince them that any change brought about by having a mine in such close proximity to their village is in their best interests. (Personally, I wouldn't want a mine a few kms. from my house) So how do you do that? Most of the people in opposition of the mine are probaly mortgage free, stress free and more than happy enough to just tend their herds, grow their crops and sit back on a cold night (sure to be plenty of them) with a glass of vodka, ready to do it all again the next day. Life in the villages would not require a lot of money, as opposed to living in a large town/city and the prospect of employment may not be high on their agenda. The chance to have better medical/education facilities, may be a factor in changing their minds.
    (C) Look more deeply into whether these delays ARE money related. Once they give KGL the right to commence mining, at a 20% share, that's it, unless they later increase taxes, hit them with fines or find some other way of getting a higher cut of this project. If a bigger percentage is what they want (and in my opinion that is the MAIN underlying cause of the delays), go back to the negotiating table and work out a % ratio that is mutually agreeable. A 70/30 split would still see KGL in a very profitable position, and an end to the delays by the end of this month.

SP is about at rock bottom compared to the previous lows, and except for maybe a bit of fluctuation in the next few days, should see it head back up to over $1 next week, and much higher with the first pour at Burnakura. And if it doesn't in the short term, (be good if it did though), I'm not at all concerned, as the long term future of KGL looks sound, and I'm sure that will eventually be reflected in a lot higher SP.

Looks like either some crazy or ficticious sell orders to kick the day off !
Next weeks close will be interesting to see.
