Remember the old adage.."buy on the rise and sell on the rise". While I might agree that SSN below 0.08 sounds like pretty good value, I remember a couple of months ago where posters were saying that 0.12 was also pretty good value.

I don't think I would be buying until there was a positive and sustained upward movement which of course will only happen when SOA, Defender, and Gretel produce commercial flows.

Nelson Rockefeller once said.. "people tell me I am stupid because I always buy too late and sell too early. I tell them I know, but I always make a profit and you can't go broke making a profit".

I am the first to admit however, much to my cost, that I haven't always followed Mr Rockefeller's advice.
