Peter Sheppeard obviously does asf because he was buying up in early January 2011 at over 10 cents per share (eqiv to over 80 cents post consolidation). This buying was prompted by the pending release of the DFS and a change in management.
He has been accumulating ever since so must have some objective but I am not sure what it is. Certainly not about making a quick profit.
