It's a stock that just doesn't get a break. It has head up in the $6-$7 region a few times only to be shot down. I'm not sure if we'll go sub $4 again. Depends on the general market. Ultimately the market will improve and toll will be a part of that. But anyone hanging on to the $10 plus mark will be waiting a very very very long time.
