As far as I know, 2013 would be the earliest we'll see profits as QFX are dedicating roughly 50 - 60% of their cash flow to marketing, building its brand image as well as consolidating / preserving a core customer base. Again DYOR.

P/S: They have recently partnered with Woolworths offering their Everyday Rewards program members a one-off voucher (can't remember the details)
