I do understand your frustration in wanting to know what is going on, but, unfortunely, it is the Law of the Land and there is nothing that CB can do to change that.
In the meantime, like they (the Board) previously did, they can take all the time they want to go through those statements with an extremely fine tooth comb and using the best Lawyers in the Land. All the while we, the Shareholders will be footing the bill and paying for them. And we shareholders are left wondering and waiting until they will decide that they can't keep it under their raps any longer.
It will come out don't worry about that. So will JH's side of the story. Only time and patience is needed.
