Quote from the above article from Jan 13:
"Jan 13 — Lynas Malaysia said today its application for a temporary operating licence meets requirements and if approved by the government at the end of the month, it can fire up its controversial RM2.5 billion rare earth plant in Kuantan in SIX WEEKS."
Now the article you provided from May 18 (over 4 months later) says:
"The Australian rare earths miner said the LAMP is ready to go online THREE WEEKS within receipt of the TOL."
So can you believe any of these articles when one says LAMP ready in 6 weeks, then over 4 months later another article says LAMP ready in 3 weeks? Apart from an investor call from which none of the details were actually announced by Lynas via the ASX, Lynas has kept shareholders in the dark since April 3rd, yet they seem to be providing dubious status updates via various news outlets. I would just really like to see more communication from Lynas via ASX announcements, then there's no question over whether the information is current or actually came from Lynas. Is that too much to ask?
