Hi Smithy, what do I think, mmmm, from PSCO's position I think all is good news to them at a price of 13 cents their equity requiremnt for 40% has dropped a lot, but more imprortant i dont believe POSCO expected this downturn, come August the bulls will be back in power, POSCO anticapted this downturn to happen some months later, so maybe their me be there is some light in the tunnel.
