While I agree it would be a wonderful sign of confidence in the company for directors and board members to be seen to be increasing their holdings at this time, it is not a prerequisite that they do so and not our job to direct them to take this action. We can sit back and wonder why but - that is all.
NC is already a major holder with a direct and indirect holding of almost 1% and employee options to make up another 2%.
And don't forget his job is also vulnerable to the success of the company.
Worry if they sell.
