As it is not retrospective, it really doesn't impact on VOR and in my opinion is a good thing for the company. I would have thoguht it would help boost VOR as if you want a stake in Mongolia with mining - this is one of the companies that doesn't have to go through a Foreign Investment process as it already exists. It would have been chaotic if it was retrospective though - putting everything in the air.
