why raise $5m in cns when vanmag is so close?

    Having continually heard how close Vanmag is to settlement I have to wonder, given its failure so far to be sealed, whether the deal will ever finalise.

    Arranging the money elsewhere goes to show how little confidence there is in getting the Vanmag money through the dooor.
