Hi Wilson, couldn't agree more. Definitely some bullish signs today. Shanghai has turned positive now (+0.3%), Japan is still solid (+0.58%) and so are Dow futures (+0.5%). There's plenty of room for a short, sharp bounce if the shorts start to cover - some suggestion of that here first thing this morning.
One detail over the weekend that I thought significant was that early polling in Greece suggests a swing back to the pro-austerity coalition parties that want to keep Greece in the euro. Having made their protest and expressed their anger, voters may take a more sobre approach on June 17. Pity it's so far away.
In the meantime we're hostage to headlines in Europe, so volatility is likely to remain at elevated levels. Speaking of which, ESI gave a nice little bounce trade there - was in at 2 and 1.9.
