md buys 290,000 shares on market, page-14

The last buyback got the the stock price up to $1.80 odd about a year back if my memory serves me correct. After that the price came right down again because the financials were weak. Another buyback would have the same effect... so why in the hell would the MD buy JUST for a buyback.......he's NOT a trader.....he's in it for the long term...he won't sell IMO if the price goes up over the next 3 months. Most directors do not think that way.
I believe the MD is buying because he either likes the fundamentals or he is concerned about Rivkin's motives/possible takeover.
