    Totally unlikely but not out of the question that the whole thing is a sham, and victor rashinhiskov had bought up big in FMS, say cumulatively many hundreds of millions of shares, through a bunch of countrymen contacts holding many sub 6% parcels, and sold into the 28 to 29.5c range.
