Where does this leave us all on the matter of the cap raising share issue and the attaching options? Is that deal still as crappy as it seems?
Would voting the issue down limit the activities of the company or were the board just posturing to try to sideline rebel shareholders?
Do we get to hear from the proposed board prior to the EGM on strategy and how they plan to spend all this raised cash, hopefully not too much will disappear into director sweetners and bonuses.
