(The Councils include: Brisbane City Council, the City of Armadale, the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Council of the City of Shellharbour, Gladstone Regional Council, Maranoa Regional Council, Wagga Wagga City Council and Western Downs Regional Council.)"
