ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED - NTL
(FORMERLY HERITAGE GOLD NZ LIMITED)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New Talisman Gold Mines Raises NZ$306,961
New Talisman Gold Mines (the "Company") has raised $306,961 (before expenses)
following the receipt of valid applications and payment under the terms of
its Share Purchase Plan dated 11 April 2012.
As a result of the Share Purchase Plan, the Company today issued 16,001,360
shares at NZ 1.9 cents or AUD 1.5 cents per share. Total shares on issue are
now 359,554,548.
The funds raised will be used to advance the Talisman project towards
prefeasibility, including a project development study to include mining and
processing options, safety and environmental requirements; and to fund
general working capital.
All valid applications for shares have been issued on 23 May 2012.
