This is just another anomaly IMO. The stock was at 21c as a reflection of the uncertainty around the USA assets and the internalisation. I would have expected in any other market the share to clime to narrow the gap when either happened. The internalisation is a done deal I assume. No-one has phoned me to vote so must be one. Then you take out the USA risk at a good value and the sp sits exactly where it was. I think its easily a case of - The market wants nothing that has any degree of risk. The buyers are the same people that have bought here before and the price stays the same.

If I was in management I would pull my hair out.
