You could be right boatboy , I would say they would split the company into different business units of less than ninety trucks. May even spin this units off.
Also it may help smaller companies gain market share which could help fuel competition and actually reduce costs to the end users.
I will reserve my judgement until I see it in action.

I could be wrong but the company I work for has estimated that none of our general supply costs should rise more than 1% under the carbon tax and if costs do go beyoud that we will report that supplier to the ACCC.
