My observations...
UBS getting hosed on MTM PL.... they will have an exit strategy facilittaing into a client...mitsubish or chinese one would hope. UBS will push to roll board post failed TO ann.
Vladimir and Victor will never be allowed to do business in OZ again..and we have seen the inner working of a corrupt system. Sutherland is tainted for life in oz resources.
The sp is back to ore body without TO..so the failed ann should not hurt us too far from here ST...especially the potential for Mitsub and Chinese deals.... maybe an Indian
court case represents an exit from the deal ??, page-13
