IVR TH request states only cap raising, not corporate transaction, as far as I know.
If it is VXR, then imo its a sale of the sth American gold exploration assets to NST...would be WEIRD but not as much as the alternative (a TKO).
I doubt its that though (hmm I said the same thing about SLR and PRH).
