I thought that loose lips at the CoalTrans2 Conference (Chinggis Khaan Hotel , Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia 23/24 May) might have left their mark on the trading columns - one side or the other. Seems not.
There was a rumour that Khar Tarvaga had been donated as a door prize.
