so kaboko can start a mining operation on the other half of the world, sign off take agreements with one of the biggest steel mills world over, manage logistics, hire the services of a large transport corporation, negotiate another off take, hire staff, build roads, housing, offices and laboratory on site, hire a large corporation to design and construct a plant... etc etc.


And after all that they wont be able to lay down the concrete slabs ???
