Yeah. They never want the actual item. They don't let it get that far. Usually they delibrately send too much. Often by mistake or for freight. Then they find reasons for you to use western union or similar to return a portion of the money.
-I sent 600 but freight is only 400. send me 200.
-Look, Ive changred my mind. Seen cheaper elsewhere. But if you lower price and send me 500 back then its still a deal.
-I accidently paid $8000 but it was only $7700. Can you refund the difference.
-etc.
Western union is non traceable and non refundable. So once you send it, it's theirs. Then they cancel the paypal. Sometimes it was a hacked acount or stolen credit card. They payment was always going to be cancelled.
