Well, after some rejigging of my portfolio, other than PGI which I hold too many shares, KCN is the best value Medium size producer in Australia (IMO).
As others have posted in the past, I like the silver growth story that KCN has decided upon.

Anyway, sold 2 stocks that have also been hit hard, but... even then.. KCN is simply better value, so why not swap holdings when both have been smashed. I cannot believe I am buying at $5. But.. the market some how thinks that Gold has peaked. That is the only conclusion I can come to is that the market thinks everything is going to be ok... sigh.. REALLY...

Not sure if the market has noticed, but all the major economics are debt ridden, and the only way their governments think they can 'solve it' is by printing money.

Hmm... imagine, the destruction of every major currency, and yet the market think gold, and in particular gold stocks who dig it up are no good.. they have peaked.. too expensive, wont make any more.. worthless.

Stunned. That's the word that comes to my mind.
Larger producers command a premium E/V wise, KCN will bounce back when the profits start piling up. I also re-read some broker reports, where they mention that Chatree %50 when listed will be $400-500 Million... well... that's %60-75 of the current market cap. A shame they are not sitting on that cash right now. They could have gone on a buying spree.

Even though all that is very nice, its the fact that KCN is back into exploration that most interests me. They have picked up 2 very nice prospects.. The good news will come.
Anyway, good luck to all holders, exploration, dividends and growth, that is what I am after.

Peteai - if KCN gets to $3, I will borrow money from my wife to buy more.
