I don't know, but I think there could be more to this than just getting exposure to VXRs projects.
There was an interesting comment in VXR's last quarterly as follows:

Paulsens and Ashburtons are pretty much inthe same region I believe so is this just part of such a 'cooperation'?
But what have VXR got to offer NST in return for NST purchasing an interest in them?
