pathetic performance by mgk RE marketing of the spp .
i put in a few k but not as much as i would have like thats mainly because they did not sell the story!!
they can not possibley raise more money again in a few months at a lower price??
this may bring forward plans for some joint ventures??? sooner then later ??? i spose thats one positive but not as a good a jv as it could have been if they had more money to advance it a little more.
i still see some upsidee but it will be a struggle. they should have renew those options!!!
and to suggest that the broker played with the price to get full underwriting that was never the case.
