re: Ann: FNP Release re A2C Update on Sydney ... By my count FNP's shares in A2 Corp (ATM.NZ) is now about $64m AUD. This is still materially above FNP's current market cap.
By my calcs (taking into account a multiple of profits, taking off liabilities, and adding on liquid assets and investments) FNP should be trading at abou $0.90 (or 50% above where it is now).
FNP has made great strides in the recent past, being in the $0.20-0.30 range not long ago, but IMO (and using basic valuation techniques) they are very much still undervalued.
