Just for the record, you will see in my earlier posts that I expressed serious doubt that Mr Evans was aware of this during the spp...I didn't, and don't, believe this was the case

What I do blame management for is getting us into a position where we have to rely on these scumbags...perhaps previous management more than the present

But whilst these bottom feeders are on about material breaches, I would submit that it could be argued that they commited a material misrepresentationbreach by contracting with INT on the basis that they were inesting in INT long term growth

Next time I clean something off the bottom of my shoe, I'll think of them
