Do not forget how much Bayan want KRL's assets, otherwise why would they bother with this very small Australia company, when their is a number of other companies operating in the same space. Its coal assets are very very good and Bayan recognise this.
It doesn't matter how the SP is manipulated or controlled, Bayan still have to pay fair value for the company and or its assets.
One of the questions that I will ask the MD is what he feels the value, in dollar terms, ths companies assets are currently sitting at.
With all the work that is currently being undertaken on site, it is only adding to the value of the companies assets.
Remember the directors must get an INDEPENDANT assessment of the assets.
The WEC court matter has resulted in a delay to the end game but I am holding for a takeover with a price north of 25 cents.IMO DYOR
