If I read "between the lines", Mike's choice of words speak volumes - the words "war chest" mean BCI are planning to spend rather than pay out in dividends.
He also spoke about "WHEN we do move forward with a business development...." - I noted he used "when" and not "if", so it seems definite that BCI will be growing the company and in my view, the order of preference would most likely be:
Pilbara (with FMG)
Brazil
Africa
All this points to a big ann at the end of June.
