Think you need to take a LOONNNG look at how you understand the comments from companies. No CEO gets up and puts crap on their company. They all go over the top with good news. Get use to it. They only push the good news and play down the bad.

I have had AZZ for over 8 years and I don't feel bitter and twisted about the company as you do.

As stlamc says the bonuses are paid on SP not on when they drill a well they get them. It's in their interest to get the SP up. They aren't the fools who keep selling low.

Finally our holding is still under water and I don't complain about it. My fault I didn't sell when 80+.
