So many circumstances and conditions have changed since that time, which means the ability of management to deliver PAST goals has evaporated. It's little wonder management doesn't avail itself to message boards like these, some people just can't comprehend that the World we live in is fluid, and sometimes conditions change so dramatically that stated goals from years ago are no longer viable.
