Not a bad comparison you made there market assassin....correct me if i'm wrong but both have backing from majors, IOCG deposits, BTR awating JORC, AVB just recently got JORC'd and both hope to be small to mid cap miners...I think that at current play BTR have a larger copper resource at this point with as you mentioned Perkoa about to go into production..., so I'd say BTR is a little bit more advanced than AVB at this point...but definatly have some similiarities....I am not a holder of BTR
Be good to track these two over the coming months to see how they both perform
As with AVB, like you i'm also interested in this story and have held for a bit of time...You mentioned that these levels look attractive and they probably are if you have a longer term time frame, but I also thought this at 7's, 8's and even 9's..The other thing holding us back apart from the dreadful market is lack of news around drilling...Some investors/traders are becoming impatient which is not helping our shareprice...
Our MD has an estimate of about 600k of cu by the end of 2012
