clean energy fund - no bounce?

Interesting and depressing that progress towards the introduction of the CEFC in parliament did not cause any movement in any environmental stock anywhere.

Now SOO would not be eligible for a CEFC grant/loan/equity anyway because SOO is a project company and wholesaler rather than a research or development company.

As such, SOO's best hope would be things like the ACT's reverse auction or project financing (which SOO has announced but no action yet).

Will 1 July cause any movement in renewables companies ? You know, because the carbon tax has actually made it to reality by that date?
