I gotta say I am not impressed at all... Regardless if its only between 5- 10 million might be more we'll have to wait and see the finer details of how much NST are going to waste SHAREHOLDERS $$ on this! And I say waste because IMO this will take VRX a long while to get this project operational...
IMO this is second blunder Bill and Co have made in recent months.... I think the market will not be impressed too so I can see the sp taking a hit when it comes out of T/H next week..
